As a matter of fact, when GeigerCars is the tuner the result is much far from chasteness and discretion; on the contrary, what sudden strikes is a clear extreme style, in a sort of middle between baroque art and futurism, to impress even the heaviest excess' fan in the world. A first example to this brave German tuner's job is Hummer H2 Sheriff, a huge vehicle we proposed you some time ago. But now, with Hummer H2 GT we definately overreached every expectation! Pimp my ride! Hummer H2 GT by GeigerCars runs on great 30'' alloy wheels, the right size for such a truck.The real surprise is represented by the sidewall, which surrounds great Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires of 315/30. But the number of modifications does not stop here. We keep on talking about the quite weird colour, which is inspired by Ford racing cars. Obviousely also design has been renewed, with new spoilers, and, over all, new front doors that you open upwards. In conclusion, the V8 6.0-litre engine now features a powerful supercharger, which boosts up horse power until 556 hp. The accelaration is now 7,9 seconds from 0 to 100. Exaggerate We doubt such a heavy tuning could be appreciated from European drivers. What is certain is that all bizarre people has now the right vehicle to put into their garage! Quando di mezzo c'è GeigerCars, la discrezione va a farsi benedire e lascia spazio ad un strano miscuglio di barocco e futurismo, capace di mettere in seria difficoltà anche il più tamarro dei rapper statunitensi. Un primo assaggio dell'opera di questo coraggioso tuner tedesco è l'Hummer H2 Sheriff, un imponente veicolo "militare" che vi abbiamo proposto qualche tempo fa. Già in quel caso il livello era decisamente alto, ma ora siamo andati effettivamente oltre!
Pimp my ride! L'Hummer H2 GT di GeigerCars poggia su enormi cerchi in lega cromati da 30 pollici, giusto la misura adatta ad un tir pesante. La differenza sta però nella spalla, un semplice barlume di gomma che prefigura degli pneumatici Pirelli Scorpion Zero da 315/30. Fossero solo queste le modifiche, si potrebbe ancora gridare al miracolo! La saga procede invece con una colorazione di dubbio gusto, ispirata (sacrilegio!) alla livrea delle Ford da competizione. Ovvi interventi anche all'estetica, con nuovi spoiler ed appendici, ma la vera chicca sono le portiere anteriori con apertura ad ali di gabbiano. Per finire in bellezza, il motore V8 di 6.0 litri riceve in prestito un bel compressore volumetrico, capace di innalzare la potenza fino a quota 556 cavalli, per uno 0-100 di 7,9 secondi.
Esagerato Dubitiamo che un intervento così massiccio possa incontrare il gusto degli automobilisti europei. Una cosa però è sicura: gli egocentrici hanno trovato il nuovo mezzo da mettere in garage!
