Toyota at 2006 Bologna Motor Show Little sports cars, C-segments, mini-SUV…and not only! The protagonist on stand n. 30 is for sure Toyota Auris (new Corolla), the queen of latest gossip: a C-segment car which is going to challenge all European competitors. The entry level of this new model is said to feature two fuel and three diesel units. Two 4 cylinders engines, 1.4 and 1.6 liters, offer an output of 97 and 124 hp. Also diesel set is definately rich: a 1.4 engine which develops a 97 hp, in addition to a 2.0 and a 2.2 litres engine of 126 and 177 horsepower. All three engines are equipped with common rail technology and are said to develop low emissions and consumpions. The evergreen Yaris shows its sports TS livery, both three-door and five-door, together with Toyota Avensis facelift, a sedan which has been very successful in Italy, over all thanks to its great value for money and to its nice design. Moreover, at Bologna Motor Show we can take a look at Toyota Verso ACM, new pick-up Toyota Hilux and the strong new 4×4 Toyota Land Cruiser, and eventually, concept car Urban Cruiser.
